When a business on exponde carries this stamp, we have checked that the business exists and that the person behind the profile belongs to it. The month on the stamp shows when we checked.

What exponde checks

Before a business gets the stamp, a person at exponde reviews the application:

  • Proof of the business: a trade registration or a current commercial register extract. Every file is scanned for viruses before review.
  • Bank details: account holder and IBAN in the application, or an existing exponde contract paid by direct debit or in advance.
  • Authority: the applicant confirms that they may act for the business.

If we know the owner personally, we check on site instead of through documents. The stamp says nothing about the quality of the services; it confirms who is behind the profile.

How you may use the stamp

Verified businesses may show the stamp outside exponde too, for example on their own website, in their email signature or on printed material.

  • Use only the file you download here, with your month of verification. Do not change colours, text or shape.
  • Show the stamp only for the verified business, not for other companies or single products.
  • Link the stamp to your exponde profile wherever possible.
  • If your business loses its verified status or you delete your profile, remove the stamp.
